I'm sorry to cancel- was hoping I could beat this infection I've been fighting all week but no dice. Out of work since last Saturday - first an ear infection, now some strep to go with! And I just cancelled my overnight job for tomorrow!
I've got the ingredients for my 2 dishes but I know I won't be up to preparing them for Saturday - who wants "germy" food anyway? (Besides Nancy just had a Germy-any food night of a better kind. Sorry - reached too far for that one!) I'll bring the candy to the next event I can attend - hopefully next month! Have a blast. Mimi

I saw Hollywood Game Night last night on Ch. 10 and they we're playing the headband game. I kept thinking that if we'd had a team there we'd have been toast - they'd have creamed us! Which led to thoughts of a new dish- Creamed F&L's on toast. Any recipe ideas for it my creative culinary friends?

    1 · January 21, 2014

what do we bring? we are virgins

    January 1, 2014

    • Jim R.

Hi Phillip- another new members. For each event we hold, we ask all attendees to bring an item for each person coming (meaning if you are bringing guests that you bring items for them also). When the host/hostess chooses a theme, we research for items that meet that theme (ie: South American Delicacies) and then post your item here so others do not choose it. The hos/hostess can ask for a change if there are too many snacks, desserts, etc. Also bring whatever you would like to drink. Many will bring a bottle of wine and then we all share the wine.
