A woman's battle with food and diets are everlasting for many of us. This group is for women in their 20s and 30s who enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercise, but don't feel the need to exclude all the 'bad' foods from your diet. To you, food is part of daily life and it should be enjoyed without guilt, whether it is your smoothie in the morning or a rich chocolate cake. Let's be honest, we need to give ourselves a break and enjoy each others company while having a nice meal and a cocktail!
