Not looking for space but I'm on the board for a community kitchen project that is under development.
Need for shared kitchen space, how technology can enable niche food businesses, creating community between food entrepreneurs
I wear a few different hats and have a deep interest in regional business ecosystems, including in food, and in how food (and restaurants) can bring communities together.
