    Absolute disappointment. The event started 30 minutes late after a firm message to "arrive on time". None of the panelists were announced ahead of time. It's a good thing, as most of the scheduled panelists backed out and replacements were ushered in at the last minute. The focus of the discussion seemed to be around "popup" vendors and local restaurant entrepreneurs . I guess that's not my idea of a "startup". Anyway, I left very early and will not be back to another Food Startups event.
