    I started January 1 as a New Years intention. I have a feeling that its more than a cleanse. I will probably stay on it for the rest of my life. I made myself sweet mashed potatoes last night so I am starting to become more creative. :) I am hoping to alkaline my body completely that way.

    Hi Varouj,

    My biggest challenge in eating gluten-free is my love of bread and staying away from sugar while being gluten-free. My joint feel so much better without gluten. I would live to learn how to cook gluten-free.

    For the Armenian festival, I think, yes! Would you be there? Would you mind hosting or helping out with the hosting? If yes, which day would work best for you.
    There is also the Ethiopian new year that week-end. So I was thinking we could do them concurrently or stagger the days.
