Lots of travel the last couple of months so, we are going to open the house for a tasting again. 8 Foodies last time, let's try for 180 this time. NO LIMIT to attendees. The first 60 will find chairs, the next 60 will have plenty of standing room, the last 60 will probably have the most fun.
The idea is to have a large number of Foodies volunteer to bring their favorite Amuse Bouche and everyone else to bring a bottle or two of interesting wine. Very small bites and very small wine glasses because we are tasting and learning. I have never been intoxicated when using a small glass, of course I probably stopped before 180 glasses. Better have a taxi service standing by...
No need for chicken feet, frog legs or eel this time, just your favorite small bite which you are will to bring in quantity and post the receipe.
Bring your camera or cell phone to capture the receipes and wine labels.
