ATTENTION FOODIE STUDENTS:
It's been a while since our last event but I'm very proud to announce that FOODIE SCHOOL IS EVOLVING! We?ve established that we all enjoy watching live cooking demonstrations (?Emeril Live? style), but do you also enjoy watching shows like ?Iron Chef America? and ?Throwdown with Bobby Flay?? If you answered yes, then this is your chance to be a part of something extra special? ?CHEF SHOWDOWN?!
As the name suggests, ?Chef Showdown? is a cooking competition between two Chefs. Some competitions will focus on a featured ingredient while others will showcase interpretations of a particular dish. Upon viewing each competition, all attendees will sample the featured tasting course and offer their feedback to an esteemed panel of judges. Each competition will be structured according to this format to ensure that each one will be interactive, informative and highly entertaining. As this will be a long-running series, attendees will have regular opportunities to meet several local Chefs and food industry experts, learn new cooking techniques, sample delectable tasting courses, receive special offers on food and dining, etc.
The first ever ?Chef Showdown? will take place on Sunday, December 12th at 2:00pm at Publix at the
Shoppes of Citrus Park located at 7835 Gunn Highway (2nd Floor), Tampa, FL 33626 (Tel:[masked]-
