I'm hungry for Paella. I've eaten a lot of it, but not made it. I think it is about time to try to do so. If 8 - 10 people care to participate by bringing a key ingredient and some ideas, we could do it at my house. I have a wood pit outside as well as a big grill, so maybe a Saturday or Sunday afternoon before it gets too hot would be ideal. Any suggestions?
