**FREE ADMISSION**  Film starts at 7:00.  Please plan to meet at 6:45 so that we can get seats together.  This auditorium is on the University of Michigan's campus. Suggested parking is either in the Business School parking structure on Hill Street or in the public parking structure near S. Forest and S. University.

Plot: In a small mountain village a man with the famous name of Giuseppe Garibaldi, known by everybody as Peppino, lives a quiet life. One day, due to a political error, something amazing happens: Peppino is mistakenly elected President of the Italian Republic. Peppino’s joyful madness, his humanity and his disarming honesty in a time of crisis catch the institutions by surprise and win over the disheartened country. However, on the horizon loom conspiracies, diplomatic incidents and seedy political plots.
