Don't have a favorite, I like many kinds and want to explore more. Love all the flavors possible without using meat.
Somewhere adventurous and a little wild. Africa, Brazil, Croatia,or a thousand other spots. It's being on the edge that brings out the best food, the soulfulness of it.

Pescatarian foodie who likes to keep fit and eat! I've had fresh forest mushrooms in Belgium, bread and cheese on Camino de Santiago. Love to hike and explore, including great restaurants. Just back from Santa Fe, a fav destination.
