Currently, South Indian, Japanese, & Vietnamese, but also Chinese (former #1), middle eastern, Mexican (I like but now heavier than I'm eating), & Spanish. Am increasingly vegetarian/vegan, so any cuisine with broad spectrum of dishes, e.g., South Indian.
A year or more in one continuous trip going to all the places I want to visit or revisit, including Morocco, Portugal, rest of Scandinavia, E Europe, Central Asia, China & Korea, India again plus the rest of S Asia, "finish" Japan, Brazil & Argentina/Chile revisit, Ireland again, UK again, plus revisit of continental Europe. Okay--more than 1 1/2 years.
