Event Details:
Join us as we make the most decadent cupcakes you can imagine! Our instructor will be Pastry Chef/Owner of Gourmandise Desserts, Clemence Gossett. We will start out with the best Chocolate and Vanilla Bean cupcake recipes and bake them to perfection. While they're in the oven, we will make a fantastic Bittersweet Ganache and unblievable Meringue Buttercream.
Once cooled, we'll fill our cupcakes with the Ganache and learn a few easy techniques to top them with our Buttercream. Everyone will go home with a recipe card and a half dozen cupcakes!
