I had dinner here recently and enjoyed a variety of their pizzas. Looking forward to doing it again.
Wildcraft showcases wood-fired sourdough pizza with inventive California twists. The “Wild” refers to the wild yeast used to prepare their slow-rising sourdough. This sourdough takes days to prepare. The pizza is blast-cooked in a wood-burning oven that was built brick-by-brick in Naples, Italy by Stefano Ferrara, a third-generation Neapolitan oven-builder.
