FIG is a seasonal bistro named after Santa Monica's famous landmark, the 123 year-old Moreton Bay Fig tree, placing strong emphasis on sustainability and indigenous ingredients.
The Farm Dinner series continues at FIG Restaurant on Wednesday, June 5th. Chef Ray Garcia has prepared a menu incorporating the peak season pickings from McGrath Family Farm for a dinner that highlights all that a Southern California summer has to offer.
Dinner is priced at $65 per person and will be served FAMILY-STYLE (which will be plenty and delicious!) to include a variety of starters, main dishes and desserts (5-6 courses). Santa Barbara Prawns with Horseradish and Peas, Sweetbreads with Fava Beans and Sauce Girbiche, and Forono Beets and Duck, are among the special offerings on FIG's menu for one night only on 6/05.
