Time to try out Fleming's prime steaks or prime rib. Yes, love their HH deal, but it's time now to check out their full dinner menu and imbibe on a nice hunk of cow. My personal favs are the ribeye steak or the prime rib which are actually the same piece of the cow, just cut and prepared differently. Some prefer the Porterhouse cut as the "eye" of the Porterhouse steai is the tenderloin or aka filet mignon which is very lean yet tender. Some prefer the Sirloin for its rich beefy flavor...
But whatever your preference... Fleming's serves up prime grade beef and the top shelf, most expensive cuts of beef. The current trend for restaurants is to take a lower cost/quality cut of meat and build it up and get a premium price for the dish... I'm old school... If I'm gonna pay $40-70 for a steak dinner, I want a big fat juicy prime hunk of cow... No... don't pass off that Hanger steak/top blade/flat iron/short rib cut of meat on me... Well... I am a sucker for a beautifully braised boneless short rib... but all the other cuts of meat have fallen short of a prime ribeye steak imho...
I haven't had the pleasure of dining on Fleming's prime rib/steaks yet as their Happy Hour deals are so good, but I think it's time I try their steak/prime rib so that is only fair to them... Then next time we'll return for their HH..,
Each person is responsible to pay for whatever they order. If you could bring cash, that would be great to simplify the settling of the bill.
The restaurant ain't cheap, but you are getting the top grade of beef and the best cuts, so it is worth it on occasion to treat yourself to a fine dining meal such as this every once and awhile...
Parking: Valet is $7 I believe, $5 after 6pm parking lot. there might be some free parking if you look around.
