LUNCH:

Polka Polish Restaurant is located at:

4112 Verdugo Rd.
Los Angeles, CA 90065

About the food:

I tried Polka Restaurant recently and was enchanted by the delicious food. From pierogi to goulash, red cabbage, and soup - all the dishes I tried were fantastic.

Pierogi (derelye) are dumplings of unleavened dough – first boiled, then they are baked or fried usually in butter with onions – traditionally stuffed with potato filling, sauerkraut, ground meat, cheese, or fruit. Of central and eastern European provenance, they are usually semicircular, but are rectangular or triangular in some cuisines.

You can see the lunch menu here:  http://www.polkarestaurant.com/menu/lunch

COST:

The average cost of a complete lunch per person is $16 to $21 plus drinks depending on how much food you order.  Please bring CASH to cover your portion of the bill.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
