Tonight is BBQ Night! Darrell's bbq'ing a rack of pork spareribs using Emeril Lagasse's Southwest spice rub and Emeril's Creole spice rub on 9 lbs of chicken! This is one potluck that you don't want to miss!

So... I'm bringing something good... I hope you will too!

We had a huge group attend the events and we wined & dined under the stars with perfect weather on the lawn!

COME JOIN US, It's Free!!! Bring a bottle of your favorite wine.  Some great food to share and wine and dine under the stars in the beautiful environment of LACMA. Listen to some Jazz. or check out the Museum.  It's an evening of Art/Food/Wine/Jazz.

Bring something to share, either some wine/champagne or some finger eats such as charcuterie, salumi, cheeses, fresh produce such as grapes, dried fruits such as dates or nuts, olives, bread, foods that are easy to eat without utensils... Home made dishes are especially appreciated... pasta salads, lasagna, ethnic cuisines... you are only limited by your imagination! But please leave the chips and 2 buck chuck at home. You're a foodie for goodness sake!

Bring a blanket/beach towel to sit on.

Friday's party on blankets!

The Jazz starts at 6PM come anytime you can. Darrell and/or Todd'll be there at 5:30 to snag us a spot on the grass, so pop in anytime after work.

Free admission to the museum from 3-8pm, so if you have some time, come early to tour the museum before the concert.

What better event to unwind than a free jazz concert, bring some food and wine to share and relax now that the weekend is just beginning. Time for a bit of wining and dining with your fellow LA Foodies!

Look For The Regulars near the elevators. Otherwise go to the Red Elevators in the back and then text Darrell @323.203.4001. If the bar is setup again, the bartender might know where we are...

Mancini enjoys a reputation as one of Los Angeles’s most in-demand players as both a vibraphonist and as a bandleader. He has written, produced, and recorded with Kitchen Sink (Everything but the . . . ), the Nick Mancini Collective (Live: New York), and Type II (Flexible Plan), which Cadence Magazine described as “full of drive and lyricism . . . music with pizazz and finesse. . . . There is a sense of another era embedded in this music; yet it is not dated.” Nick has performed around the world at such notable venues as Joe’s Pub, Birdland, and has played extensively in Europe.
