L.A. BaconFest

THIS IS A NO-HOST EVENT

** Congratulations if you already hv your tix purchased as all tix are out now...

Baconfest is Los Angeles's new pork and beer bacchanalia: a $40 all-you-can-eat-and-drink deal at the Petersen Automotive Museum from the same super-human behind L.A. Beerfest and The Great Gatsby Party. Here's what you can expect:

Food:
Taking a cue from the bad kids in Lord of the Flies, literally dozens of LA's best restos are straight murdering piggy... dishes, from these crispy pork belly buns courtesy of The Charleston to bacon macaroons from Sweet Insanity.

Drink:

All-you-can-consume pours come from 20 breweries, including Bootleggers, Lagunitas, Evan's, and Deschutes, or what your German friend has repeatedly called the key to winning Chutes and Ladders.

VIP:
For an extra $20, you get an hour more of eating & beering, plus access to the only cocktails in the joint, with all-inclusive drinks from high-end boozeries like Fireball Whiskey & New Amsterdam Vodka, which should adequately quench the thirst of at least A Few Good Men.

As a big supporter of the Peterson I am sorry to miss this. I delayed too long and now it seems sold out. Maybe I shall just go down to take in the smell.
Do you know about the big Corvette 60th anniversary gala on March 1st. Only 350 tickets and they will also sell out. I have input to that event.
