My favorite cuisine will be one that comforts and satisfies. So anything noodle-y! For me, that kind of go-to meal would have to be a big, brothy bowl of udon or soba soup. Or yummy pho with a variety of meats. When I'm sick, I crave chicken noodle matzo ball soup. Lately, it's been all about the BBQ duck noodle or Thai boat noodle soup.
Caviar and a good bottle of champagne.
