    Hi Mellisa:
    I understand that some people are uncomfortable with Paypal. I ask for advance payment for several reasons. 1) I have to shop for all of the ingredients & need to know exactly how many will attend. 2) if we reach 20 people, the reservations are then cut-off. If we allow people to sign up without paying, they may change their mind & those who couldn't sign up after we reached our quota could have actually attended. Does that make sense to you? Call me & we can work it out.
