Goi Cuon for starters, then some Sev Puri. Next course, gotta go back to my roots: fried chicken, greens, cornbread with a shameful amount of Louisiana hot sauce. Next course: A huge margarita (frozen, salted w/ extra lime) & Grilled mahi-mahi fish taco. Next course: A small bowl of raw octopus, rice, pickled ginger, wasabi & kim chee. Finish with mochi made with New York Super Fudge Chunk ice cream (B&J's) ... what a way to go.
