Love Italian food and "comfort-food" like French Bistro cafes serve. Grilled Cheese sandwiches with Tomato Bisque soup and thick cheesey Mac and Cheese casseroles are some of my favorite dishes. I love cook books and even following the 400 steps of Julia Childs' recipe!
Macaroni and Cheese-more dry than runney, boneless prime rib eye steak (medium), an outside cut of prime rib roast, grilled Cheddar / American cheese with tomatoes, Good spaghetti and meatballs (Good luck finding this) with lots of Parmesan; steamed lobster and Alaskan crab legs (only the big, fat legs, please) with unsalted melted clarified butter, and mushroom/ lobster risotto from K'ya. Oh, also their shrimp scampi with hot bread (crispy outside soft inside) to soak up garlicky sauce. Let's see, what else..... Well, since I will NEVER get that lethal injection, I can spend 25+years eating great food as above, at taxpayer expense! The fact that I will be in a bloated food coma the whole time will stave off boredom.
Hi, I am a "foodie", love to cook, and looking same. Less interested in "uniqueness" of ingredients and pairings most interested in good tasting and satisfying!
