I love all cuisines. Nothing has disappointed me yet.
I know that you get whatever you want as your last meal. So, I'm going to be indulgent. My requests would be pizza and the Butterscotch Budino from Pizzeria Mozza, an Umami Burger with Sweet Potato Fries, the #9 Pork and Crab Dumpling at Wang Xing Ji, any 5-course meal made exclusively by Chef Ludo Lefebvre especially the Boudin Noir that he makes so awesomely good, Pork Dumplings from Din Tai Fung, Chicken and Waffles from Roscoe's, Korean BBQ from Don Dae Gam, Pistachio Gelato from Pazzo Gelato, Ricky's Fish Tacos, the Prince Edward Island Black Mussels from Lukshon, Peking Duck from Beijing Duck House, Kogi BBQ Short Rib Taco and the Spicy Pork Taco, a Chili Dog from Pink's Hot Dogs, steak from Craft, and Bossam from Kobawoo House. Considering that this is a pretty large meal, I would drink wines from all my favorite California wineries too.
