I love french and moroccan cuisine, but really enjoy any kind of cuisine as soon as it's tasty and not overly salted. As I traveled a lot, I always found interesting to discover a culture starting with the basics, FOOD ;)
My last meal will start with some foie-gras on toasted ginger bread with fig marmalade with a glass of Sauternes. Main dish will be a filet-mignon (medium rare) with mushrooms and baby potatoes on the side with a glass of Burgundy and for the dessert well a soufflé dark chocolate-rasberries with a glass of Champagne Louis Roederer... I think after this I'll be drunk and dead...
