I'd say it's a tie between Japanese and Vietnamese food. Both are prepared using simple ingredients---crisp, fresh, and healthy. If I was on an island, I would be happy surviving on those 2 cuisines
This is a tough question, but here goes: Entree: Prime cut steak, medium rare + Crab eggs benedict Side: Habanero mac n' cheese Drink: Jose Andres' Gin & Tonic Dessert: Porto's fruit tart I know this is a lot of food, but this girl can throw it down!

When you talk to Darrell (the organizer, aka Chief Eating Officer), you learn that he's super cool, open-minded, and passionate about food. You can name a cuisine and he's probably had it!
