Into hot pot right now...but Chinese, Mediterranean, Japanese, too much to list!
Thick slab of Prime rib, rare and on the bone. Garlic mash potatoes, grilled asparagus and creamed spinach. Stella beer and anything for dessert. Not really a dessert guy.
