Well, I guess the votes are in and the Farmers Markets are not of much interest to our members. So let's move onto events of more interest...

May I suggest that after a farmer's market, we do a late lunch/early dinner thing at someone's house, instead of just salad in a park. (I know, it could make for a very long day.) Besides just produce, if that particular market does not have meats and such, we could buy seafood, meat or anything else to round out the meal from Chinatown, a butcher or meat market near the farmer's market. Then just kick back with beers, wine and cook away. It might also be easier to accommodate a smaller group if done this way.
