Bouchon Prix Fixe Menu ~ $45 Beverly Hills

1st Course of the prix fixe Saucisson a l'ail en Brioche. Garlicy baloney w/ mild root vegetables and a mustard. I'm being picky but the mustard was put on the plate probably an hour before served to me as it had dried out a bit... Overall just okay
