Ashtanga Vinyasa is a moving meditation which focuses on linking breath with movement. It is a quick moving and athletic form of yoga that is suitable for all skill levels. You will get a great workout as well as stress relief and stretching, all while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. We will be doing poses from the primary series.
