This is a casual question & answer meeting where you can learn about how For the Love of Pits' foster/volunteer program works. If you have any interest in volunteering, this is the place to be!

We'll go over a brief history of For the Love of Pits, discuss how we choose dogs for our program, talk a bit about our overall philosophies and review our general policies and our foster home policies and go over all things to consider when deciding to get involved.

ANYONE is invited to join this event, so please come on down and bring friends that might want to volunteer and/or foster too!

And even if fostering is in the distant future for you, we'd love to have you out to meet us and learn a bit more about For the Love of Pits.

Hi Lenny: This is a meeting for people who want to hear about the organization and get involved. There may be a couple of our rescues present but attendees are not permitted to bring dogs to the meetings. We will be having some dog socials and that's when the dogs are permitted! We hope to meet you and your dog soon.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
