Unless you have food stored, learning to forage edible plants would be key to short-term survival in a disaster scenario. It can't hurt to be prepared. I would like to learn how to live off of what plants grow in the wild. Edible mushrooms, berries, leaves, flowers, honey, and even bark (but not insects for now, thanks) would be fair game. But which are edible? Inquiring minds want to know. Ideally it would end with "OK, this is what you found for lunch!" Do we have any experts amongst our ranks?
