Who are Foreclosure Strategists?

We are a group of Arizona homeowners, moms, dads, attorneys, accountants, paralegals, REALTORS, Business People and all-around good guys!

We meet weekly in Phoenix to develop the best strategies to keep banks, attorneys, trustees and servicers accountable to the black-letter statutes, rules, policies and contracts.  We study Federal and Arizona State Statutes, the Rules of Evidence and Civil Procedure, government workout policies, current news, recent legislation and court decisions.

Each week we bring new topics and information to all participants.  We host many guest speakers, some of our speakers have been Senators, Congressmen, Expert Witnesses, National Bloggers and Forensic Analysts (specializing in handwriting, securitization, notes and the trustee's sale process.)

Our participating homeowners include those who; may miss a payment soon, have missed payments, have received default notices, have received a notice of trustee's sale, are navigating a lawsuit, judicial appeal or bankruptcy, have been foreclosed on, are facing forcible detainer / eviction, have been evicted and those who wish to see more justice in the non-judicial and judicial foreclosure processes.

We carefully look at what went right and what went wrong in our efforts.  Each day we are learning more and becoming better strategists.
