RE: [book-swap-147] November book poll up; Day After Night discussion questions

Hi Karen,

Homer and Langley, about the famous hoarder brothers from Harlem, by E.L. Doctorow is a very interesting and touching read.  Even though the story has been told by several authors, this version which takes some liberties with the time frame, is beautifully written.

Hi book groupies,

For those of you coming to our discussion tonight (or those who read the book but are unable to come), I’ve just posted the questions for Day After Night on the website. You can find them here: http://www.meetup.com/Forest-Hills-Book-Group/files/

At the same link, you’ll also see brief descriptions of our November book choices. I’ve just posted the poll (http://www.meetup.com/Forest-Hills-Book-Group/polls/), which will be open until Friday, Sept. 2, so vote for your choice.

I could use more suggestions for future books, so please send them my way.

Karen, Forest Hills Book Group organizer
