One for the Money, Twenty to Go to... ZERO Test Ride Event

  • Jan 15, 2014 · 9:30 AM
  • This location is shown only to members

We've been invites to view and test ride Zero Motorcycles, Thanks to Ron B! It will include a tour of the facility, test rides and we might be offered a few snacks.

It will be a combination of MY13 and MY14 bikes including the newest bike, the SR.

We will meet at Starbucks with a FTG at 9:30am, safety talk and KSU at 10am for a short ride to Scots Valley.

We have a limit of 20 riders on bikes in four session of about 10 miles each.

I will assign time slots for test rides and we might have to split into two groups, one that will tour the facility while the others go on a test ride. We will then flip so that everyone gets a tour and a test ride. The one thing I ask is that everyone please be patient because we will try to accommodate everyone.

After the test rides, we're off to lunch somewhere.

This is a members Only invitation, so if you've been thinking of joining Four Corners MC, now's the time to do so!

From Starbucks, we will head south onto 17, Old San Jose Rd, Summit, Old Soquel Rd to Laural Glen Rd: >>

Perception altering event. The future is here with the Zero Motorcycle electric model line. A high degree of 'ride-ability' coupled with low cost of operation and high performance. I'm sold!
Thanks Ron B. & Alan Y. for coordinating this event and the management at Zero Motorcycles to support our club ride.

6th in line and a week away...looks like I might be outta luck. At least I rode a Zero at the SJ Police Motorcycle Challenge at the SJ Airport in Dec. That was fast! Have a great time if I don't get to make it!

Looks like we are fast approaching the date and we are currently in full production and as fast as we build them they are out the door. Those of you that are attaending will get a chance to ride our newest and most popular SR that has been getting lots of press coverage. This bike is not for the faint at heart and surpasses the torque specs of some liter bikes. Let's hope for great weather and I will keep you updated later in the week.

Paul, thank you for your kind consideration for other members. I am going to do my best to try and accommodate everyone. We just have to wait until we get closer to the date to see how many bikes we can provide. Parking lot or quick rides around the block might be another option.

    Hello,
I had a feeling that this would be popular but not this popular. Since this is going to be our first "Zero meetup" ride of the year, I tried to wait until we had a significant amount of bikes to test ride. We just started MY14 production earlier this month and have been bombarded by press releases and orders from around the world. We have a few options. We can schedule another session (weather permitting) as soon as we see how this one goes. I can possibly set up a bigger test ride session with more bikes but shorter rides locally in the San Jose area on a Saturday. You can go to our website www.zeromotorcycles.com and schedule your own personal test ride (we also have really cool videos on there too). I personally can allow you to test ride one of our bikes on a meetup that I attend and bring a Zero after a waiver is signed. Just let me know in advance. Plenty of options and I will even see if i can accomodate those of you on the waiting list for this meetup. I will keep you updated as we enter the n
