Release of Liability

We hate to do it but we live in a litigious society, so we must insist that when you:

a) Join Four Corners Motorcycle Club on Meetup.com,
b) Report onsite to any group activity or event,
c) E-mail individuals or groups of members, and
d) Post to the website any verbal comments, photographs, and/or graphical content

you agree to the following:

As a member of Four Corners Motorcycle Club (FCMC), or as a guest (non-member) who wishes to attend, or reports onsite to any FCMC activity, I hereby agree that I participate at my own risk.

I release FCMC, its organizers and members, from all claims, demands, liabilities, actions or causes of actions of any kind whatsoever.

I agree that I am the responsible party for direct and/or consequential harm that may arise, directly or indirectly attributable to any act or omission of FCMC, including, but not limited to damages, injuries, or causes of action arising from my participation.

I further agree that FCMC reserves the right to deny my admittance, or terminate membership, as well as deny admittance of any guest I might invite, or discharge said guest from activity, if any participant exhibits anti-social, inappropriate, disruptive, or vulgar behavior or attempts to use these services for improper, immoral, or illegal purposes.

By participating in any FCMC event, I agree to all terms and consent to said liability release being held in a locked cabinet with the current club owner and transfer of liability release to any future FCMC owner.
