Just to let you know that two FREE Krav Maga/ Self Defense initiation classes in english for beginners will take place on Saturday 26th January and 2nd February from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the American Church in Paris.
The class is open to beginners, men and women, willing to learn the basic techniques of efficient self defense.

Welcome to PAC! And glad you'll be attending the first meeting.

I'm still searching for our meeting place & as it turns out, the day & time are not ideal... it's fashion week this week and all of Paris is going to be crazy. So, I'm asking members if (A) you wouldn't mind if we re-scheduled for next week, (B) you wouldn't mind meeting near my home just inside the 92 suburbs (Bois Colombes), and/or (C) do you know of a quiet place to meet this Friday?
