If you have moved your life to Paris for the one you love, and you are finding it to be more of a challenge than you had anticipated this group is for you!

This group is for individuals looking to make long-term connections in France, create a community and build up a strong support system in your new home. If you are just looking to grab a beer from time to time with other locals, perhaps try one of the other meetup groups.

Though we do meetup for drinks and dinner, our focus is on creating a community for Franglish partners. If you are happy in your life in France but struggling with issues like homesickness, frustrations in your career, dependent on your spouse for everyday things due to limited French, an unbalanced marriage (always surrounded by your spouses friends, family, language, culture), making French friends, or being understood, then we are here to try and help.  We have the option of a group counseling session.

One common thing most of us are looking for is community, and positive support!!  If this sounds like something you are interested in...join us!!

PLEASE READ OUR ATTENDANCE AND RSVP POLICY:To build a community it is important to get to know the other members and meet regularly. We try and meet once a month, at least. Attending one in every 3 meetups is necessary to keep your membership current.  We also charge a membership fee of 7.50 euros that pays meetup.com's annual charges.
