Do you have a subscription to Bon Appetit, Gourmet or Cooks Illustrated? Will you drop some serious cash to eat at the restaurant of a well-known chef?

If you answered yes to any of these questions and would like to get together with a small group of open and liberal minded people in the tri-state area to cook together and share a meal in their homes, discuss recipes, food, eating and cooking, please email me.

"What's not to like about an event where you learn something and get to eat something delicious! Wegman's has a very nice room for these classes. There are some things they could do to make it a little better - but overall it was very good"
