We will be doing weekly P90X beach workouts that will involve some cardio and body weight resistance, with the goal to build lean muscle and burn fat. Workouts can be modified for all fitness levels... so join us and come and join in the fun! Fit club is always free! This is about getting as many people into fitness as possible!

Directions & Parking:
Take I-5 to the Clairemont Drive Exit, head West to East Mission Bay Drive, then right to North Mission Bay Drive. This road goes into the parking lot of De Anza Cove. Parking is free in these lots.
