We are a group of highly motivated and positive people that have decided it was time to get fit and stay fit. This group is for you if: You desire to be all that you can be, get better, stronger, lose weight, tone up, get healthier or just simply meet friends and "sneak in" some fitness. All levels of fitness are welcomed and accommodated. In fact, I want to give a special invitation to beginners. I know that it can be intimidating to join a fitness group in the beginning, but I promise you that I will do my absolute best to make you feel welcome and comfortable!
This is a non-judgemental, welcoming, fun, energetic environment in which you can thrive. We have people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities. There are no requirements or fees to attend, no requirement to finish a workout, follow a workout, or be in shape. You just have to show up and do what you can for as long as you can, and eventually you will be able to do whatever you want for as long as you want! You can even watch at first if you’re not quite ready to participate. All the moves can be modified and the intensity level reduced so it’s just right for you. Just "do your best, and forget the rest!” Caution: It is addictive!! If you are new to fitness or have been on a hiatus, joining our club is the way to get back on track. If you workout often and want a new fresh way to maximize your routine, this is the place to be! Come workout with us and see how easy it is to finally get the body you deserve!
I am the owner of Flemington Fit Club and an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. We use the Beachbody fitness programs (e.g. Focus T25, P90X, Insanity, Max:30, PIYO, 22 Minute Hard Corps, 21 Day Fix and others) in these group workouts, as these programs have been proven to get excellent results. By participating in our group, you also get the peer support you want and deserve, helping you achieve a healthy and fulfilling life! As a member of our group you have the opportunity to connect with others and reach your goals together with others at various fitness levels. We all want to have better health by eat more healthy food, and stay committed to exercising. As a coach, I am here to keep you accountable and to see you reach the levels of fitness that you want and deserve.
