Come and enjoy some relaxing meditation with friendly people. This week we will be doing a 45 to 60 min Pratyahara http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pratyahara meditation practice led by Francis. After the meditation Stephanie has a short 1 page questionnaire to get an idea from people what areas of meditation everyone is interested in. Depending on people's interests we may hold a second meditation group once we secure a venue.
These meditation sessions are informal and focussed on letting go of any stress and anxiety with discussion afterwards. No experience in meditation is necessary. Suggestions of different meditations to try are always welcome. It is important to feel comfortable while meditating so please bring a meditation cushion or yoga mat if you have one. The Yurt has a terracotta tiled floor and plastic chairs are provided.
We wish this to be a not-for-profit group but would be grateful if you could bring along some small healthy snacks to share and gold coin donations to go towards running the meetup site and other supplies.
