Meditation

Another chance to get together and meditate and talk about ways of developing your meditation in an informal atmosphere.  I'll be leading a "third eye" meditation this time - a great way to find out what it's like to meditate on a particular focus on your body, even if you don't believe you have a third eye! This meditation is best done sitting up, so bring something to sit on the tiled floor or use one of the chairs provided.  (You are welcome to lie down if you are uncomfortable sitting up.)   I'll introduce you to some gentle ways to prepare your body before we start.

Please be punctual so that have time to get comfy before the meditation begins. Meetings finish with a cuppa and chat, and take about an hour and a half.  Bring a gold coin and a light snack to share if you would like to have a snack with your cuppa.
