Breath is the strongest connection we have with our basic life force. When we breathe more consciously, we enhance all aspects of our being both physically and psychologically. Each exhalation gives us the opportunity to let go of what we do not want and need; each inhalation heralds a new beginning.
This session is suitable for all levels and includes a guided 20 min healing breath relaxation (lying down), a discussion and questions on the benefits of mindful breathing and a 20 minute silent sitting meditation.
Bring something to lie on, a rug to cover up and a cushion to sit on. \
You are invited to have a cuppa afterwards (provided) and can bring a snack to share if you wish.
