Absolutely everybody is welcome. Time for yourself: come to relax and de-stress, re-charge, learn and have some fun. Along with the Yoga which is suitable for beginners and experienced people alike, we include some special Yogic Breathing and sublime Guided Meditations. These free sessions are sponsored by the Art of Living Foundation (www.artofliving.org / Regsiterd UK Charity No 1131480) and lead by a fully qualified and insured Teacher. Please bring your own mats if you can, and a shawl and cushion for comfortable meditations - chairs are available for those who can't sit on the floor.
