Sketch show recording, Lambeth

Something slightly different this time... How would you like to come to the recording of a Radio Sketch show? And for FREE? Well, now's your chance.

A stellar cast has been lined up for the recording of the first two episodes of THE HISTORY OF. Kicking off with Episode 1: The History of WAR, before going hell for leather into Episode 2: The History of CIVILISATION.

A night full of history, some war, a bit civilized, plenty of jokes, and you may even learn something (though, admittedly, it may not be 100% accurate...)

Written by Gareth Moore. With Lee Cornes, Beth Granville, Michael Keane (Battleacts!), Gemma Layton (Funbags Comedy, performer of the hit track Shopping in Lidl) and Felix Trench.

Upstairs at the Horse and Stables in Waterloo (nearest tube Lambeth North) on Monday 27 January 2014 from 7.00 - 9.00. Here's a link to the Facebook event.

Afterwards, everyone is encouraged to stick around for a drink.

Looking forward to seeing you all!

I've arrived. I'm downstairs. Event is upstairs. If you buy a drink, tell the bar that you're here to see the performance. See everyone soon :-)

Hi Chris, I am on my way but not likely to get there till 7:20. Do you think I will still be able to get in, or will it be a closed door because of recording?

I'm sure it'll be ok; just sneak in :-)
