An easing of my mind. More of a feeling of peace and calm.To gain more control of my anxiety and help to feel less fear of being in situations which feel uncomfortable for me. To live with less worry but to gain more contentment.To feel freer.Would like to know whether I need to take along anything with me such as a mat as this is something I don't have at the moment ?Feeling some fear of the unknown around this new experience.

I'm Tim and I'm looking for the support of a group to practise relaxation. I feel I can benefit but have no experience of yoga. Currently unemployed and have anxiety condition.Moving back towards work.
