Hello there! - We'd like to welcome you to Free weekly meetings hosted by Seamus which take place at the:

4/5 Eustace Street, Temple Bar, Dublin, 2

on Friday evenings from 7.30pm until 9.00pm

      With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required. Hope this helps, Best Geoffrey :)
