Sahaja Yoga not only clarified my experience, but furthered my journey beyond where I thought possible. Our life experiences have been different and therefore our journey will be too, but ultimately our goal and objective is the same, and as such, we all benefit from attending collective meditative sessions. Call it what you will … meditation, self realisation, Chakra cleansing, Kundalini awakening, Yoga, a connection with God or the Universal Power … or perhaps all of the above. It’s real … and you can experience it too. And the best part … it’s 100% free. Enjoy :)
A Google search for meditation revealed several "Meetup" groups.
Hi I’m Alan :) Having experienced something incredible, I went looking for answers … I found Sahaja Yoga.
Excellent. There are new, nearly new and experienced meditators there and the evening caters for all abilities. I particularly enjoy it when some of the group sing or play instruments. My Kundalini responds positively and the vibrations are incredible.
