Staying Grounded in Our Awareness via Mindfulness "Pavlovian Cues"

Sharpening Our Focus via Mindfulness "Pavlovian Cues"

This month we use Mindfulness Pavolvian Cues to sharpen our awareness, and to stay grounded in our awareness.  

Ok, so most of us have "busy minds," and this ongoing repetitive overload of sensory intake typically perpetuates the busy in our brain-mind through repeated intake of busy. But, what if we used "the busy" to train our brains and minds to in fact sharpen and stay grounded in a specific cued awareness. 

Let's give our brains, us a boost through mindfulness and learn how to use the busy to our advantage; being completely grounded and tuned in within "The Busy," redefining within our brains how we process and respond to the busy.  

Everybody that comes gets a take home sheet that reviews our Mindfulness Meditation Tools: the Guided Mindfulness Meditations; guidance on how to do the Cobra Pranayama Breathing; explanation of the corresponding Mudra, hand postures as well as the Acupressure Points; and also gets to partake in the Meditation Oil, “Intuitive Intelligence."

While the two Mindfulness Meditations of the month have similar themes, they are slightly different and it is encouraged to come to both. On the 9th of July, we use and develop Mindfulness Pavlovian Cues to sharpen our awareness. On the 23rd of July, we use and develop Mindfulness Pavlovian Cues to stay grounded in our awareness. The two classes have subtle, yet, critical differences.   

We offer these free events from our sacred hearts to yours. We are, of course, open to any LOVE donations. The more you give-are charitable in life, the more you get!

Hosted by Erika Licon, Esq. has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation and Acu-Yoga for over 10 years, as well as serving as an employment law attorney and business consultant/coach. She spends her free time researching the overall health benefits of mindfulness, and is particularly interested in self-directed neuroplasticity and emotional intelligence. She teaches how to live a mindfulness lifestyle and develop our emotional intelligence in very practical ways, as well as understanding how this habituated re-patterning rewires our neuronal connections and correlating physiological responses. She is also an employment law attorney-consultant, who like many other attorneys involved in the Integrative Law Movement is advocating for a basic awareness of neuro-linguistics to better serve our clients.  

Hosted also by Miguel Buenaflor, BS, is an incredibly patient and sweet soul, as well as an IT genius. Miguel has a unique and intrinsic way of connecting with nature, and facilitating deep purification-healing meditations. He also has a knack for tuning into the body’s subtle energies, and using Balanced Movement to keep the body energetically aligned and tone. He has experience using Balanced Movement, acu-yoga, meditation, and energy healing to boost the immune system and heal physical injuries.
