Hello there! This Thursday, we'd like to welcome you to the third class in our Free Four-Week Meditation Course.
All you have to do is turn up on the day, and make yourself comfortable. Please feel free to bring along any friends and family – registration in advance is an advantage, but it is not compulsory. Please visit our website if you wish to register.
If you are not able to attend every class, you are quite welcome to attend those you can.
Beneficial and instructive for beginners and regulars alike.
Join as a complete beginner, and learn:
- How to meditate, and balance your inner being
- About chakras, and techniques to cleanse them
- How to feel, and decode the condition of your energy centres
- How to give self-realisation to others
Sahaja Yoga meditation is natural and easy. Each day of the course shall include a structured guided meditation. In this way, you will both experience meditation, and be able to start meditating at home from the first day you start.
At the meeting, there will be no bending and stretching type physical exercises - participants will be seated comfortably throughout (as such, a yoga mat or any other type of equipment is not required). The classes are conducted in a relaxed setting, and have a friendly atmosphere.
During the course, each week will include various presentations, and hands-on demonstrations. You will have the opportunity to find out more in the question and answer sessions, or by speaking personally to one of the instructors. More details about the course can be found on our website.
We have been running free weekly classes at the Ealing Town Hall continuously for more than 15 years. Free parking is available in the Town Hall’s Perceval House car park, situated off Longfield Avenue, accessed from the left of the building. The Ealing Broadway underground / train station is just a ten minute walk away from the Town Hall. Please click here for the location of the Ealing Town Hall and the nearby free car park.
Another two four-week courses with a similar format shall follow after this one (the second one starting on the 6th of February, and then the third and final one on the 6th of March). You are most welcome to join these courses as well.
We are here to support you – if you have any questions regarding meditation or the meetings, please do not hesitate to contact us.
